Nasty C and Girlfriend Welcome Baby Boy

Nasty C & Girlfriend Welcome Baby Boy

Nasty C, a great African rapper, and Ntombizodwa Beatrice Sibanyoni (Sammie Heaves), his college lover, have just welcomed their first child together, and it’s a boy.

The rapper made the announcement that he and his longtime lover, Sammie Heavens, welcomed their son two months ago during the launch of the African Throne World Tour on Tuesday at the Hip Hop Museum.

Nasty C said that being a father is fantastic in an interview with TshishaLIVE. Zimoja validated the information with Nasty, who stated that Oliver, his son, had only recently arrived. Additionally, Nasty C disclosed that the baby has three names.

“He arrived a few weeks ago. He is a strong little boy… He has a Zulu name, English and a Japanese name”, Nasty C stated.

“It’s amazing. Very surreal. I feel like he put so many batteries in my back”.

He went on to speak about the advantages that his new era of fatherhood has for his musical career.

“Fatherhood has made me take my career a bit more seriously. I’ve always taken it seriously but I’ve always put fun in the forefront. I’ve always been the type of guy to say once this thing stops being fun I’m going to stop doing it. Now it’s not like that any more. I’m trying to make music that will last forever more than ever. I want to leave something behind that he’s going to be very proud of”.

Nasty C revealed how the birth of his child has improved his connection with his father.

“I’ve been taking far better care of myself. Mentally, emotionally, physically. There’s a lot of undoing just from the way I was raised, so that when he looks at me and absorbs the things I say and do, he takes all the right stuff”.

“My father had a lot of stepmothers. Obviously the dynamics were kind of weird and it can affect the way you look at your father. There’s been a lot of resentment. You can hear it in my old music. I sounded like I hate my father. My relationship with him now is something I was very intentional about fixing. You’ll hear about it in the album as well. There’s forgiveness, but also understanding.”

Congratulations Nasty!
